The common core is a set of high quality standards in mathematics as well as English language arts/literacy (ELA). For many years, states have utilized different standards for what students should know and be able to do at each grade level. The common core provides consistent, strong, clear benchmarks for mathematics and Carry The 2! offers common core aligned content that is middle and high-school based. We will continue to expand our library to ensure that you have access to everything that you need!

Algebra
In Algebra, instructional time should focus on three
critical areas: (1) developing an understanding of different types of algebraic
expressions and the properties they are governed by; (2) introducing equations
and inequalities and developing strategies for solving one or more equation or
inequality or a system of equations or system of inequalities; (3) introducing
students to how expressions and equations can be used in mathematical modeling.
